Food is good but service is poor. Have ordered on multiple occasions and lately they constantly miss items and order to delivery taking longer and longer each time. Last night they put a hoagie wrap on top of the pizza, meaning the pizza stuck to the top of the squashed box, and pizza order was completely wrong. Phoned and they apologised and said they'd send new pizza, went through order twice with them yet new pizza arrived wrong as well. Frustratingly disappointing as food is actually good.

Got the order wrong then blamed their own app saying that it didn't work right. Said we would get a refund but got nothing from them.

Awful. Paid over £10 for delivery. Nearly an hour late. Food cold and pizza inedible. Ordered 2 chilli sauce and got 1 chilli and 1 garlic mayonnaise. Munchie box had different items than stated on menu. Won't order again!
